The clearty of the voice is good in the both, I installed it happily and went through pay for a week,but I'm not satisfied with this app. Every time it's telling us to press to record the call then we need to dial the number and merge it's lacking more time,by the we get irritated allthe time to do it. Looking a best app in which it automatically starts to record the call when we attend or call. This app is not suitable for that. How will be record the incoming call? When a person is calling ? If they correct it automatically then it will be good app.

Very bad customer service and the app doesn't work as expected. I tried to get my money back on the second day, but they didn't respond at all. When I requested a refund, they ran away.

You will spend less money getting a phone that will record your calls, than if you spend $10 a week just to record phone calls. And they don’t stop the membership once your card declines, they take money and keep it up as long as they have your card info. And they will continue to send you messages about missing your service on your phone, as well as being impossible to actually delete your personal information without having to talk to a customer service member. I hate this app, and it is not user friendly.
