When you attempt to record an incoming call it plays this off elevator/hold music before connecting. This destroys the entire point of recording as the other party would instantly be suspicious as to why they were just hearing that sort of music. If you need to record someone like a doctor office or insurance company and you don’t want them to be aware just get an outside voice recorder- place your phone on speaker and record that way. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-06-29* It does not disclose that in order to record a call you must first dial a 3rd party phone number, merge that call with your call you want recorded and then the recording happens. Completely useless. With the new Apple update there is a call recording feature already in the phone app. Works so much better than this. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your review. After I cancelled my subscription I continued to be charged and was not refunded for the expensive weekly fee that I thought had been canceled. This one records both sides clear as day. I use it for calls with my insurance company because they love to "not remember" what they told you. Setup takes a few minutes with the permissions but the app walks you through each step so its not bad. Being able to email a recording to myself and keep the date and time on it has already saved me once.
