What this means is that you have to try to juggle two calls at the same time without seeming suspicious (good luck with that…). Once the conference call is started, the app shouts “this call is being recorded” to all parties involved. If you’re wanting to use this app to record an abusive person on the phone, it’s going to tell them they’re being recorded, and the jig is up.
