Easy to use. Affordable plans. ### 2/5 — Expensive App to then have in-app purchases *2021-11-17, version 1.7* First of all I’d like to preface this review by stating that I never would have purchased this software myself, but my employer reimbursed me for the cost. I’m in shock that this app cost $10 and even after that you still only get allocated a limited amount of “credits” which you can use to record calls. $10 I assumed would give lifetime access to the app but after 5 hours of calls it appears you have to buy more credits. Absurd and there are much cheaper recording softwares available. App works well, just make sure you check with your carrier and make sure that you are allowed to three way call on your network (I had to call my network provider and ask for three way calling to be enabled). ### 4/5 — OK *2020-09-19, version 1.7* So far, meets expectations ### 2/5 — Great WHEN it works. No support. *2019-09-12, version 1.7* As pointed out elsewhere, the app will randomly show that your call is being recorded, and then only afterward do you discover that it didn’t record. I emailed the developers to just ask if there was a way to retrieve the recording and was ignored. So - bottom line, if you really NEED to reliably record calls, I suggest going elsewhere. I suspect the developers know that they have a problem and didn’t want to admit that to me. You will think that it’s recording, but when you go to listen to it afterwards there’s no sound. I’m not sure if this is because of the 3 way calling feature, which is how this app functions, or if it’s a bug in the software. I use this app mainly to legally record conversations with my ex due to custody issues with my son. But I also use it when call customer service and Verizon, etc. That is my favorite way to use this app because just like they let you know that the call may be recorded, so do I. You’d be shocked by how well they respond to your call to resolve the issue(s) throughout your conversation 😂 My only real issue is the 3 way call function of this app. Whenever you connect the calls together in order to record the conversation, there’s a definite lag that’s obvious. It is a horrible feeling to realize that your last hour of recording didn’t work. Don’t buy this app. It is unreliable. The email for support doesn’t respond, and there is no web presence for the company. Apple should stop offering this product. It steals people’s money and doesn’t respond when it doesn’t deliver as promised. ### 1/5 — New version not private *2019-06-06, version 1.7* Beginning with version 2.7, the app plays ‘beginning recording’ to *both* parties when you merge calls. Even if you’re in a one-party state, the app notifies your caller that they’re being recorded, and there’s no way to turn it off. It’s apparently a requirement by the Apple Store they do this now, but they go out of their way to hide it. Not well-advertised - buyer beware before you throw ten dollars away on this app. ### 1/5 — Does. The bonus is it’s super affordable @ $12.00 - always worth it to pay up front instead of using a free app that tracks you across other websites & apps - data mining you to death. Buying credits over a subscription is great as you only pay for what you use. Very happy with this one so far! ### 5/5 — Does What It Promises.
