I canceled my subscription, at least I thought I did, but was charged for it again. I tried to get on it since I paid for it again, but it’s the same problem of going in an endless circle that will not do anything. After several attempts, the app said that my log on attempts were fraudulent even though it was sending me the code! Apple would not give me a refund either saying I don’t fall under their guidelines for a refund. Wow, literally can not use an app I paid for and can’t even get a refund. I can’t even open the app to detest this payment or speak to the help center that they supposedly have.
