Can’t get recordings

I got a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I have tried to reach out to let someone know I can’t get my recordings, but the app. owners has ignored my request. I do not know how to contact them except send a request in the app. , which I’ve done 5 times. Could someone let me know what I should do next?

Not working

I’ve been using this app for 2.5 yrs now and for the past week it has not been uploading my recorded calls, it has been cutting my voice out of calls to the point where I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I loved the app but as of lately it being horrible

The app uses a 3-way calling method. For incoming calls, you open the app and press record, which then dials a recording line. You merge this with your existing call. For outgoing calls, you initiate recording, the app dials its line, and then you add your desired contact and merge the calls.
