Wasted time and money

I haven’t been able to record with this app I can’t merge calls and the very first day I got it it hasn’t done me any good at all. The very first call I received I was able to record, but the person on the other line said it put them on hold for so long they almost hung up on me and that’s the only call that got recorded. The day after I got it, it doesn’t even show that there was any calls that were made or received.
I have left several emails and I haven’t gotten a reply back yet. I was willing to work with them but nobody’s responded. If there was any way to get in touch with anybody, I would love to have my money back. I wouldn’t waste my money on this one.
