Internal errors

I just downloaded the app and I am trying to use it and the first thing it asks for is my number. I typed in my number for it to send me some sort of verification code and all I'm getting is a message that says " internal error..." so now I'm on the trial and what's hoping this would be the app I could use for a very long time. But I can't even set it up because it won't send the code to my phone.

Pésima app

Pésima aplicación, en ningún momento quiso funcionar, la compre para usarla y jamás abrió ni siquiera me envío el mensaje de confirmación de número y peor aún siempre da error.

FAQ

What does the Call Recorder: Good Transcribe app do?

This app allows you to record both incoming and outgoing phone calls. It also provides the functionality to transcribe these recorded calls into written text. You can then easily share both the audio recordings and their transcriptions.

How does the app record calls?

The app utilizes your carrier's conference call feature to record conversations. This means it requires your mobile carrier to support 3-way calling. If you encounter issues, contacting your carrier to confirm conference calling availability on your account is recommended.

Is the app free to use?

The app requires an active subscription to record new calls. While you can listen to previously recorded conversations without an active subscription, new call recording functionality is locked behind a subscription model. Subscription payments are charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase.

What are the system requirements for this app?

The app requires your mobile carrier to support 3-way calling. It's important to note that some carriers, like SimpleTalk and H2o Wireless in the United States, do not offer this feature. Therefore, the app cannot record new calls if your carrier does not support conference calling.

Can I share my recorded calls and transcriptions?

Yes, a key feature of the app is the ability to share both your recordings and their transcriptions. This allows you to easily distribute important call information to others, whether for documentation, reference, or collaboration purposes.
