I submitted them for robotranslation, and they never got done, remaining listed as in progress. I have left numerous messages on their website, and a message at their tech support phone number, and I’ve gotten no response from them at all. I’m very frustrated, and would like to know if this company is even in business anymore. Today I called the number again, and was disconnected almost immediately. It’s now April and nothing has changed. Those first few transcripts from January are still “in progress,” as is another from March and another from this week. No response from their support chat, either. I have had to use another transcription service even though I’m paying NoNotes for this service. In the description they say you get 20min free each month, but my call was going to be 45min. It actually ended up recording 15min of the entire call, that is even less that the free 20min you’re suppose to automatically get each month! Based on a previous phone recording app I had used, I assumed this recording app also would be easy to use and have an instructional video or slide show. There was nothing like that I could find. After three failed practice calls, I couldn’t get it to work. And my account shows that I have a 35 minute recorded call, but when I click on it and try to play it, nothing happens. Extremely frustrating and disappointing and a waste of the $9.99 a month I paid for it. I have already canceled the subscription when it expires, and I’ll have to look for another call app service. In recent year, NoNotes never works and they never provide customer service. Call recordings are lost, not accessible and constant error messages. Calls cannot be connected, bad receiption and dropped calls are typical. I haven’t used many other recording apps but this one has saved my recordings and is simple with out a bunch of nonsense or unnecessary features. Record the call and done.
