It does one thing very very well-record calls. The recorder itself requires familiarity with merging (the recorder with whatever call Iwanted to record). Emails take a few minutes to be sent out. The transcripts are great to locate telephone numbers and names in the conversation. Just compare this with any other app that doesnt do transcripts. Try locating a phone number in a one hour call. You guessed right-it will take you an hour to find it. With this app, telephone numbers are highlighted in the transcript. Pretty cool!! ### 5/5 — Works great... *2013-08-12, version 1.0* Merging the recorder into my call was the only thing I needed to learn. Its been trivia to use. The app states that it allows 5 recordings prior to a required purchase. I only received 2 of those recordings. Once the trial limit was reached I suspected that by purchasing the 9.99 unlimited recording package (inaccurate price as I was also charged tax), I would receive what I had paid for. Not even close. I was charged but I did not receive the credit I purchased. Please remedy this error and credit my account. Not user friendly nor reliable. I needed these recordings for a school project and there is no way I'm going to replicate them. I bought the 25 recording package because I only needed a few--honestly it's not even worth downloading even if it were a free app. ### 2/5 — Review pattern *2017-09-23, version 3.2* You know, I read the reviews and the dates they were posted. 5 of the 5 Star reviews were posted on May 15, 2017. Three 5 star reviews were posted “2 years ago.” The one star reviews had varying post dates. There are no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews. Hint; if you want to fake your buyer reviews, don’t stick to the same date, times and locations on the phony reviews. Can you please remove it entirely? Dialled a friend and merged with recorder. Everything else happened automatically as described in iTunes. The competing app developers posting negative reviews should perhaps take a break - iTunes provides an easy refund mechanism. I have always got refunds from Apple for purchases I have disputed. Don’t see why its rocket science to some. ### 5/5 — recommend *2015-07-16, version 2.2* test recordings were blank-then figured out the Mege Calls button usage. Now everything is a-ok. The help videos in the app are indeed short and helpful. ### 5/5 — recordings and managing them works great!! *2015-07-16, version 2.2* I get emails from the recorder service a few minutes after hanging up. I also started receiving notifications form the app when recordings were available. I normally downloaded them to my macbook-but noticed the link to soundcloud in the emails recently. It just takes one click form the email to send my audio files to soundcloud now. Manging my recordings has become so very easy. ### 5/5 — Decided to buy full package *2015-07-13, version 2.2* The initial trial calls pretty much convinced me this is a good package for recording calls. My business depends on this and cant afford to have flakey recorders mess this up.
