It is advertised as a call from Santa and the audio preview has a child both answering Santa’s questions and asking questions of Santa in a smooth conversation format. You’ll be charged around $8.50 for this and you will quickly wish you had not wasted your money afterwards. Not only is there a significant delay of around 8 seconds between each response from Santa which makes it obvious it is an AI bot, but it will not respond to any questions as advertised regardless of the number of attempts, which will simply make the child upset. Just says unable to connect on the contact centre . Avoid ### 1/5 — Took money despite cancelled account! *2026-01-22, version 12.0.13* Despite cancelling my subscription, this company took out a £15.99 payment and yet it shows on my account as having no subscription and the options to ‘restore’ subscription - they do not reply to emails and ignore. All good until you try to cancel!! Beware - they continue to take money. Had to get my bank to put on a block, but can’t get my money back! Update: you advised to reach out - I’ve already done this and was told I’d be refunded and this didn’t happen? ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2026-01-21, version 12.0.13* Very disappointing experience with the app. I paid for a yearly subscription and created several videos, but received only two calls. In the videos, Santa says he is calling, but then nothing happens. I also tried using another number but the calls still didn’t come through, I checked all the settings and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app as suggested, but there was nothing to fix. I contacted the help center and received no response at all. Poor service and lack of support after payment. Great, the team responded almost a month after Christmas.
