호출 후 2호차 13분 걸린다고 해서 정류장에서 기다리고 있는데, 동일 정류장에 1호차가 와서 다른 사람 태우고 갔습니다. 알고리즘 개선 부탁드려요......

버스 배차 요청 하면 운행 가능한 차량이 없다고 하거나 에러 메세지가 나타납니다. 하지만 버스가 돌아다니고 있는게 눈에 보여 다시 확인해도 같은 이슈가 발생합니다.

어플 내 안내 시간 보고 예약하면 맞지 않아 당황한 일이 여러 번 입니다. 

어플에서는 5분 뒤 도착이라고 하는데 예약 누르면 버스가 이미 도착해있고 심지어 버스를 타고 있는 데도 3분 후 도착이라고 뜹니다.

어떨 때는 6분 후 도착이라고 해서 호출했는데 누르면 19분 후 도착이라고 뜨기도 하고 지도상 경유 표시도 맞지 않습니다.

지도 안내 표시와 경로가 맞지 않고 빙빙 도는 경우도 많아서 급할 때는 못 탈 거 같습니다.. 

그리고 예약하려고 할 때 오류도 많이 뜨는데 왜 오류가 뜨는지 이유도 잘 모르겠어서 답답합니다.

어플 수정도 필요하고 기사님과의 협조도 많이 필요해 보입니다.

콜버스가 생겨 편리해져서 좋은데 잘 개선되어서 더 좋아지길 바랍니다
