## What is Callback?

Most resume tools give you a number out of 100 and no way to argue with it. Callback shows the working: keyword match, parse risk, quantification, title alignment and recency, each with the specific line in your resume that cost you the points.

And it will not lie for you.

WHERE A BULLET NEEDS A NUMBER, IT ASKS YOU FOR ONE
Every other tool in this category will happily write "increased revenue by 40%" into your resume. Callback marks the bullet as needing a number and asks you what the number was. If a posting wants a skill you genuinely do not have, it tells you so and tells you not to claim it — because the interview is where that comes apart.

BRING THE RESUME YOU ALREADY HAVE
Import a PDF, photograph a printout, or paste the text. Callback pulls out your roles, dates and bullets and keeps the original untouched. Parsing happens on this iPhone — your address and employment history are not uploaded.

TAILORED PER POSTING, NOT ONE GENERIC REWRITE
Paste the job description and Callback rewrites against that specific posting, then re-scores. You can see what changed and why, line by line.

WHAT IT COSTS

Kickresume is $24/month. Teal Pro is $29/month.
