## What is Called by Name?

Choosing a Confirmation saint is more than finding a name. It is an invitation to discover a faithful life that can challenge, encourage, and accompany you.

Called by Name gives you a thoughtful place to begin:

- Answer eight reflection questions about virtues, service, prayer, interests, and the stories that inspire you.
- Receive explainable saint suggestions—never a mysterious compatibility percentage.
- Explore 36 canonized saints across cultures, centuries, life states, and vocations.
- Read original, concise biographies with links to Vatican or Vatican News sources.
- Save favorites and return to their stories, reflection questions, and short prayers.
- Use search and filters when you prefer to explore on your own.

Private by design:

- No account
- No advertising
- No analytics or tracking
- No personal data collection
- Quiz answers are processed on-device and not saved; favorites stay on your device

Called by Name is a reflection aid, not divine direction or a replacement for prayer and pastoral guidance. Confirmation-name customs vary. Always follow the instructions of your parish or diocese and talk with your sponsor or catechist before choosing.

Some saint stories refer to persecution, illness, enslavement, war, or death. These stories include a content notice and are collapsed until you choose to read them.
