Apple does not support use of this app. Good idea, but NO WAY TO REPORT! Problem break down, (current IOS version 5/23) up to date, is 18.5) What’s the point of this app if Apple won’t allow the user to swipe the spam call left in the call logs to report to this app? I’m not going to fight with a creators over text. Either the app works of not. I was told this was going to be an easy solution… Far from it. 🤣 ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2025-03-03* I got logged out of the app and i cant log back in even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting the phone countless times. There is no way to contact tech support ### 1/5 — This app does nothing *2024-07-08* I’ve had this app for a few months and have reported almost 100 total spam text messages and calls but I’ve heard nothing. I don’t even know where on the app I can check to see if I have a case or if there is one. Are you all still in operation? If you are still having any issues, send us an email at appsupport@lawhq.com and we will get them addressed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-03-15* I tried three or four times to make an account I can’t get passed the input info screen just does a forever load I exit and go back in makes me restart the whole process. ### 1/5 — You have to let the app track all your activity *2024-03-11* You can't just share the text with a lawyer to see if you have a case. You have to let them track every single text, call, and voicemail on your phone and save it on their server. ### 1/5 — Increased Calls *2023-11-02* I downloaded this and set it up. There’s no way on iOS to report spam calls the way they’ve described. I swear I’ve gotten a huge increase in calls since setting this up as well. There’s no customer support or way to figure out issues so I just have to review that it simply does not work. **Developer response:** I hate that you had problems. I don’t know if the app is doing anything other than taking storage on my phone because I still get plenty of calls/texts, and no response from the app. Might delete later. I’ve paid to use other services that aren’t perfect, now for free we can stick it to the harassers and make them pay! :) Side note, still having issues with the voicemail side.
