## What is CallFlo?

CallFlo gives your business an AI voice employee that answers every call, day or night, so you never lose another customer to a missed ring.

Set up in minutes: just add your business website, choose a local phone number, and your AI agent is ready to start taking calls. It learns about your business automatically and can be customized to match how you want it to sound and what it should say.

What your AI voice employee can do:
- Answer every call, 24/7, with no hold music and no voicemail
- Book appointments directly onto your calendar
- Send friendly follow-up texts after each call
- Take payments over the phone
- Route calls to you or your team when a human touch is needed
- Chat with customers over two-way text messaging
- Keep every call, lead, and customer organized in one place

CallFlo is built for busy service businesses of every kind, including restaurants, medical and dental practices, home services companies, law firms, real estate teams, salons, and more. Whether you're a solo operator or run a growing team, CallFlo works like a dependable front-desk employee who never takes a sick day, never goes on vacation, and never misses a call.

Use the app to monitor calls, review leads, and see how your AI voice employee is performing for your business, all from your phone.
