An email sent to customer service on 9/16 they said it is connectivity issue try with different WiFi. I’m using my phone data for all activities. As of today 9/16 1PM PST their website is down. Poor customer service and buggy app. Update 11-1-2021. It’s getting worse. The app is not working via cellular data. When support ticket is created standard response received.
