### 3/5 — Akzeptiert keine * und Eingabe

*2016-11-11*

Sonst klappt alles bestens.

### 3/5 — No progress

*2016-03-15, version 2.0*

The app does the job for me but no updates for more than a year. That's surprising for a paid app.

### 4/5 — Good app but...

*2016-02-18*

Work fine but would be great if # symbol could be entered to Custom Number.

### 3/5 — It works although the UI is very confusing

*2015-11-21*

The app is simple and powerful but very confusing to use. Having said that it does what it should do.
One problem it has is that it enforces a limitation that is not relevant for a while now of not allowing special keys like # to be added to the dialing rules.
To overcome this, I simply copy/pasted a ‘#’ into the special keys field instead and it works like a charm.

### 4/5 — Does what it should

*2015-02-04*

Works great with my DCall card (goldline.net). I can’t imagine ever using my provider’s long distance service given how easy it is to set up the calling card and then dial form the app using my address book list.

The interface is ugly and a bit clunky, but when it comes to making long-distance calls with a calling-card simple, this dialling program is a winner.

### 2/5 — Not working

*2015-01-12*

Was working great! Now had to reload and has quit dialing the entered access number of the calling card plan. IF any one has any ideas please help.

### 4/5 — Funktioniert tadellos!

*2013-03-02*

Einstellung nicht ganz einfach, aber die App. Funktioniert perfekt. Genau das hatte ich gesucht.

### 2/5 — It doesn't work well with Skype to go

*2013-01-29, version 1.10.1*

Skype to go requires dialing the # sign after the number and this application doesn't provide for that so it's a major disadvantage.

### 4/5 — Works for me

*2012-09-26, version 1.10.1*

I would give it 5 stars if it allowed me to select a number from favorites. Otherwise I have to sort through a thousand contacts. Also, when the call ends, the app defaults to a contacts screen. I would rather it go to the home screen.

### 4/5 — Works

*2012-08-12*

The UI could be more polished. But it works :)

### 5/5 — This app is TOPS!

*2012-06-03*

Best app I've bought for my iPhone!
Works great with CICI calling cards (my favorite); my service provider must be hating the amount of money I'm saving in long distance and international calls by using this very cool app! I live the way you can pick someone from your contacts, or a recently used number, or use a favorite. Click the call button and Calling Card does its magic! Only thing I would say is switch out any "+" signs for 1 or 011 in your long distance or international numbers. Enjoy! :-)

### 4/5 — Die wichtigste App im IPhone

*2012-03-08*

Hallo,

### 4/5 — Doesn't work with simple prefix but works fine with cards

*2012-02-13, version 1.10*

I was trying to use the app for UK mobile network Three. All is needed is to prefix the number with 388. This app correctly adds 388 as a prefix but unfortunately it also adds a comma between 388 and an actual number rendering itself useless.

However, if you use the calling card it worked just fine.

### 3/5 — Works Fine BUT:

*2012-02-05*

Works fine but I use google contacts for my contacts.. Calling card rewrites the contacts, and it messes them up. The custom ringtones disappear and my google contacts groups disappear.

It would be great if the app had an option to NOT TOUCH the Contact list at all! Just to read it, not to write to it.

### 5/5 — Excellent app works great

*2012-01-21, version 1.9.3*

Amazing

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless contact saving

*2021-05-04, version 2.2.1*

Each time we dial a number via the app, it save the number with prefix dialling code etc in contact book. After using for a month I’ve realised that over 100 of useless duplication created in my contact book

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2016-10-25*

Doesn't work with IOS 9... and IOS 10

### 1/5 — Very inflexible; Phonecard app is clearly superior

*2013-11-24*

I was unable to configure a complex calling card that has "#"s and "*" in multiple places. With "phonecard" this was no problem at all.

### 1/5 — May not work at all depending on the calling service used

*2013-07-08, version 1.10.1*

The Call sequence feature to setup the steps for your card is great. Unfortunately, the developer does not allow you to specify a '#' or '*' as an entry. This will prevent you from using a service that requires a # at the end of the number before dialing.

This would be an ideal app for WebEx dial ins or Skype To Go, but is unusable for that purpose as it stands.

The developer should allow for all standard number pad input instead of limiting it.

Overall, would be great as a feature added to a full contacts manager app.

### 1/5 — Not good at all

*2012-02-11*

First of all it does not have very basic function of Pause and Wait. Pause somehow emulated with fake contact card.
So it is not good if you dial to your bank and have to wait for a prompt.

It will add fake contacts to your list and this is disaster if your phone synced with other lists.

### 1/5 — I want my money back

*2011-09-13, version 1.9.1*

It does not do what it says it does

### 1/5 — Nicht zu gebrauchen

*2011-08-18*

So ein Müll !
Kann mich nur anschließen !
WIE KANN MAN ÜBER DIE FRITZBOX TELEFONIEREN ????

### 1/5 — Doesn't work on iPhone 3GS w/ OS4

*2011-06-05*

This app does not work on my iPhone 3GS with OS4.xx installed.

I'm not sure if it's the fact that the dial tones emitted are too long between digits but the calling card system responds with "we're sorry that is not a valid PIN.. Please enter your 11 digit PIN". This happens after the app enters only the first few digits of the PIN!!!

It simply does not work with CiCi calling Card. This app is useless to me right now.

### 1/5 — Nir

*2011-05-20, version 1.9.1*

Doesn't work for most of the cards, waist of time and money!!!!!!

### 1/5 — Missing and *

*2011-04-22*

Would give this a 5/5 if it would accept * and # characters as part of the numbers. My calling card requires this. I wasn't able to use this app becuase of it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Endlich mit *31

*2020-01-27*

Einfach Klasse!

### 5/5 — Best and most useful app I’ve ever used!!

*2018-07-12, version 2.1*

Have used it for a few years now and also tried all other similar apps. This is by far the best one out there with it’s simplicity, simple and quick UX and basic no-frail interface.
Thanks!

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2018-07-11, version 2.1*

This app does what it says on the tin and is really useful. I recommend it.

### 5/5 — Super App

*2016-01-28*

eine sehr gute App!
Funktioniert super mit der fritzbox.

### 5/5 — Works like a carm

*2015-09-17*

Easy to set up and works as it should

### 5/5 — My goto app for calling cards

*2015-02-08*

Happy

### 5/5 — Great App

*2015-02-07*

This app does what it says. Makes it possible to set up one touch use of calling cards. Has been flexible enough to take care of different configurations. A few versions ago it had some stability problems but these have been dealt with.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2015-02-04*

Have been using it for years

### 5/5 — iOS Update?

*2013-10-15, version 1.10.1*

I have been using a paid version of this app from the time it was released. It has been a great app for my use and worked exceptionally well. However after upgrading to ios7 the app keeps crashing constantly. Are there any plans to update this app and make it compatible with ios7?

### 5/5 — Works perfectly on my iphone...

*2012-06-04*

Works excellent. Tried free ones before but this is definitely worth to pay tgat amount. !
