## What is Calling the Shots?

Calling the Shots is the member app for Bexi's group coaching membership, built for women using a GLP-1 (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic) who want more than the medication alone can give: lose the fat, keep the muscle, and keep the results for life.

It runs on THE BETTER RESULTS METHOD, four pillars that do the work together: nutrition, movement, mindset and education.

Your day, one screen
Open the app and see exactly what today needs: your habits, your tasks, your check-ins, ready to tick off one by one. Streaks build quietly in the background. No noise, no guilt, just the next right thing.

Training that keeps the muscle
Strength programmes designed for fat loss on a GLP-1, so you lose the weight without losing the shape. Follow your plan in the workout player, log your sets, and watch your numbers climb. Not just smaller. Stronger.

Nutrition without the obsession
Protein-first nutrition, calorie tracking taught properly, and a meal planner that sorts your week of food in minutes. Eat for fat loss without it taking over your life.

The GLP-1 tracker
Log your shots, doses, side effects and how each week actually felt, so you and your prescriber can see the full picture. The tracker records your journey; it never gives medical advice. Decisions about your medication always belong with your prescriber.

A real coach, not just an app
Weekly check-ins that Bexi personally reviews. Direct messages and voice notes when you need an answer. Live group calls every two weeks and webinars that teach the why, not just the what.

A community that gets it
Channels, wins and real talk with women on the exact same journey. No judgement, no before-and-after parade. Bexi and the team are in the room too.

Learn it once, use it forever
A searchable education hub and short, practical courses: how to track calories sanely, how to actually build muscle, how to lose it and keep it off.

Your progress locker
Private progress photos, measurements and trend weight, because the trend matters, not today's number.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-06

Your steps now take care of themselves.

• Connect Apple Health once and your daily steps fill themselves in — now even while the app is closed. Open the app and today's count is already waiting for you.

• Hit your step target and your steps habit ticks itself off, streak and all — even for days you didn't open the app. Your walk does the logging.

• Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, and anything else that feeds into Apple Health. Prefer typing your steps? That still works, and a hand-logged day always wins.

• The Steps screen is livelier too — your count rolls up as data lands, you can see exactly when it last synced, and one tap hands a day back to Apple Health.

Also in this update: snappier loading, more reliable notifications, and plenty of small fixes and polish.

Every step counts! :)

### 1.2 — 2026-07-30

Added HealthKit support and improved general app functionality.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-26

We’ve polished the app to make it feel faster, smoother and more native on iOS.

This update includes improved navigation, quicker tab switching, refined sheets and dialogs, better keyboard behaviour, more reliable messaging, stronger offline support, improved loading and error states, pull-to-refresh in more areas, and reduced-motion support.

We’ve also fixed several bugs across challenges, habits, steps, GLP-1 tracking, community posts and message attachments.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-20

No release notes.
