## What is CallingTree?

The Calling Tree app gives you one touch emergency communications with your teams and puts business continuity plans, call cascades, disaster recovery site location and more in the hands of your most valuable business assets - your staff.

Data is stored within the app meaning if the networks are down, your teams still have all the information to hand.

Mass broadcasts pre-configured on the web site can be sent and tracked from within the app - Push, SMS or Voice messages delivered direct to the Apple device. With new access levels you can spread the messaging function across the organisation giving individuals responsibility for sections (or the whole enterprise if required).

Create mass communications on the fly within the app and send and track responses - re-use these messages whenever the need arises.

Each staff member has access to a set of documents delivered to their device which are specific to their needs - all maintained and controlled by an administrator; automatically updated as the documents update.

A key feature alongside documentation is the calling tree or call cascade which is bespoke for each user detailing who calls them and who they call.

For employee awareness, staff can check-in through the app. HR/managers can instantly see who is safe and able to proceed with the return to operation as well as who may need help.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-08-03, version 1.2*

It is very useful in our company and very easy to use. I have forgotten many contact numbers but luckily with this app this is no longer an issue and no one should have an excuse in not being able to find a colleagues contact number anymore :)
