CalliShape builds your calisthenics program around your body, not an average one. Two minutes of questions — goal, age, height, weight, build, available equipment, sensitive joints — and the app lays out your week. From then on, every set you log tunes the next one: too easy and the difficulty goes up, too hard and it comes back down. Nothing to configure. WHAT YOU GET • A plan that recalculates after every set • 154 animated exercises, from wall push-ups to the human flag, with technique cues and common mistakes • 10 skill trees: muscle-up, handstand, front lever, planche, L-sit, pistol squat, back lever, human flag, one-arm push-up and one-arm pull-up • 16 guided programs: my first pull-up, road to 100 push-ups, handstand in 8 weeks, gentle restart, active after 50, everyday mobility and more • Custom workouts you build yourself, with the same progression applied DURING THE WORKOUT • Giant counter, one-tap logging, rest timer with fifteen-second adjustments • Voice coach for sets, rest and side switches • Lock screen and Dynamic Island: the timer keeps running and the buttons respond without unlocking • An easier or harder variation one tap away, at any moment ON APPLE WATCH Your workout travels to your wrist and runs without your iPhone. Heart rate, calories, Activity rings, haptics at the end of each rest. The result returns to your iPhone, which applies the progression. YOUR PROGRESS, MEASURED CalliScore and ranks, a six-axis strength radar, curves per movement family, weekly volume, personal records, twelve weeks of consistency, weight, measurements and before/after photos. 44 trophies and challenges calibrated on your last four weeks, not on generic targets. YOUR BODY, YOUR LIMITS Wrists, shoulders, elbows, back, knees, hips, blood pressure, pregnancy, postpartum, osteoporosis: risky movements are replaced with safe variations, and both warm-up and recovery grow with age. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. Everything is stored on your iPhone. Backup and CSV export whenever you want. Health app sync only if you allow it. Available in English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. CalliShape offers general training programs and is not a substitute for medical advice. Stop if you feel pain. ## Is CalliShape safe?
