It allows providers to handle any after hour calls in less than 2 minutes guaranteed. Safely and accurately. That is including sending back electronic automated record to the patient chart allowing providers to bill for the phone call after hour. CallMyDoc™ is currently being used nationwide by doctors in different situations to handle patient calls. Features: • Doctors can respond live or by many other modalities, including texting a response, responding by templates, recording a response etc. • Can answer the patient with any language • Sends calls with the patient's chart to the doctor's iPhone. • Schedules patients by itself when they call in. • Automatically performs important tasks by itself: Send a refill or prescription in under 30 seconds. It’s smart, reliable and keeps my patient’s connected even after hours. I don’t have to be on hold with the pharmacy for hours anymore to refill prescriptions after hours. It responds to patients in seconds. All the encounter goes back to patients charts documented clearly. Can’t recommend it enough. Five stars. ### 5/5 — Solid, does what it should *2024-12-30* Solid, reliable, integrated perfectly w EMR (Athena), very pleased ### 2/5 — Great idea, not so great execution *2023-05-05* Promises world-class customer support but owner doesn't seem to read through the problem description and keeps suggesting solutions that don't have anything to do with the problem. Instead of improving the app they are removing functionality. Owner is great and responsive until he closes the sale and thereafter seems annoyed when problems are reported. App is buggy and keeps paging non-app users even when they are not on the call schedule. ### 1/5 — Unstable App, Company doesn’t care *2023-04-15* Owner said you can quit using the service anytime. Just wanted it to work consistently.
