## What is Callosa?

Callosa is a simple brain exercise inspired by decades of neuroscience research on horizontal bilateral eye movements.

Follow a moving dot as it alternates from left to right across the screen. Research suggests that bilateral eye movements may support certain forms of memory retrieval, reduce the emotional intensity of some memories, and promote flexible, creative thinking.

The name Callosa is inspired by the corpus callosum, the major communication pathway connecting the brain's left and right hemispheres.
