### 4/5 — Needs iOS widget

*2021-12-18, version 2.4.6*

Great app and service, no complaints except there should be widget options for iOS homescreen

### 2/5 — Does not record or log all outgoing calls

*2018-11-30, version 2.2.2*

Be advised — if you need a fix for your phone not recording your outgoing (and incoming) calls this is NOT a good app. Does not keep a record of the calls you make from the phone. Makes the name very deceptive and the app worthless for me.

### 2/5 — Nice start

*2017-03-18, version 2.1.2*

It needs some major improvements. Sorry

### 3/5 — Great app needs few bugs fixed

*2017-02-15, version 2.1.2*

Notes section get cut off, cannot view the notes. Other than that app is great

### 2/5 — Awful

*2017-01-07, version 2.1.1*

This app is definitely not worth it. Simple call log service, but to use it I need to pay $6 a month?

### 2/5 — Maybe it's worth it for a bigger business

*2017-01-05, version 2.1.1*

I'm a solo practitioner psychologist with a small amount of business. After 7 days they tell you they want you to pay $6 a month or $60 a year just for their call log service. Not worth it for me! I don't need another monthly service draining my money when I'm just trying to get a small business off the ground.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2016-11-12, version 2.0.3*

I'm totally disappointed with this app. It's useless.I couldn't upload my contacts and the application has a lot of bugs, even after the update.

### 2/5 — Overcomplicated and not vey useful

*2016-11-09, version 2.0.3*

This app simply copies a standard functions that I have in my iPhone. Why should I use some special app that will save my history of calls? I don't get it.

### 1/5 — Unable to get app to load

*2016-11-08, version 2.0.3*

I've had this app for about two weeks and I have only been able to get it to open and load twice. Very frustrating. Online works, app does not.

### 1/5 — Lots of bugs

*2016-10-18, version 2.0.3*

I couldn't upload my contacts. The app shuts down all by itself. I think it's too early to put this app on the store; a lot to be fixed.

### 1/5 — It's awful

*2016-10-11, version 2.0.3*

You can't even record information. It always crashes and overall works unstable. The worst app i've ever used for business.

### 1/5 — bad

*2016-08-28, version 2.0.3*

Don't work with my extra lists of contacts in iPhone

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2016-08-09*

I tried Call Please. I deleted the app. It required access to all my contacts. However, after going to my contacts to document who I called, it failed to import any of the contact information into the app. Then if I got a call from an unknown person there did not appear to be any easy way to record what was said. I gave up. I'll just write a note about my calls in calendar.

### 1/5 — Rather obnoxious app

*2016-04-15, version 2.0.2*

I don't like it

### 1/5 — Annoying pointless garbage

*2016-04-11, version 2.0.1*

Not iOS friendly. Can't unsubscribe from the spam they send via email. Can't deactivate my account. Da fugg! This app is hot garbage and I just want to be done with it but it is clinging onto my email and phone like a tapeworm to my intestines. Talk about stage 5 clinger! If this app was an ex I'd have to get a restraining order against it! Would be a half decent review if I could just get rid of this app and it's annoyances. But not its dam impossible to unsubscribe in a moderately simple fashion.

### 2/5 — Not worth the price

*2016-04-08, version 2.0.1*

Don't waste your time with this one. Looks good but performs like crap and too expensive. PASS!

### 1/5 — Poor new version

*2016-04-07, version 2.0.1*

Before the update it was 5 stars, but this new version, while pretty, has the worst organization. I don't know why certain calls are grouped together, why the colors are the same for different statuses, why the icon badge reflects unread updates instead of statuses that require action (more like last version), etc. The functionality just doesn't seem as thought through as the visuals.

### 1/5 — THIS IS $6/MONTH. NO FREE OR DISCOUNT VERSION. TRIAL ONLY.

*2016-04-03, version 2.0.1*

Don't even try this unless you know you'll be willing to pay $6/month if you like what you get during the free trial.
Before you even test the app out, you'll be getting annoying notifications from them. Yes, they take advantage of knowing you have to accept notifications to be able to utilize the service. No problem. Done. Deleted. Oh, wait... Now I'm getting an email with the subject line PAYMENT REMINDER when I am so put off by them I didn't even utilize the free trial. Do yourself a favor... Just like another reviewer said, just use Evernote. Even better, the diary apps are getting much better lately, and you can set reminders and enter tons of tags per call, so you can sort in endless ways when needed.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2025-04-10, version 3.0.7*

The app doesn’t load properly or allow you to search the phone sheet. Need a serious reboot and rethink. Programming is horrible.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-02-15, version 3.0.3*

Doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel

*2023-12-07, version 2.4.6*

I’ve been trying to cancel this app for the better part of the year and don’t seem to able to do so.

### 1/5 — Crash

*2021-09-22, version 2.4.3*

App crashes constantly

### 1/5 — Trial? Subscription? What?

*2020-06-25, version 2.3.3*

When you do to so
E of the support media it says that this app has a 14 day trial then you have to subscribe. False advertising? Contacts also won’t sync so far so it’s useless so far.

### 1/5 — Poor customer support

*2019-07-12, version 2.2.3*

I’ve been trying to get support on filter call report by dates.

No help page on archiving calls. App works ok does what it says logs calls. But their support is no where to be found.

### 1/5 — Avoid

*2018-11-10*

Apps crashes after you try and log in for the first time.

Contacted support, they blamed Apple (yes email said Apples changed stuff on them). I replied and said perhaps you could update your App as it’s been 7 mths, bit rough blaming Apple.

The reply they sent simply said “Good Bye”. Wow

Best use an App that the developer supports and where they do not treat genuine customers so poorly.

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2017-05-09, version 2.1.2*

I needed an app to write down new calls coming in and to send to assistant to call back. This app will only allow me to find calls already in my contact list. Worthless.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2016-12-19, version 2.1.1*

It's simply not worth a person's time to download this App, read the instructions, set it up; just to see unsatisfactory performance.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2016-11-16, version 2.0.3*

Not working at all. Full access to my contacts than it started uploading smth. Happy to cut everything down

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very useful app

*2016-03-28, version 2.0*

### 5/5 — Great tool for my busy schedule

*2016-03-27, version 2.0*

### 5/5 — Truly amazing!!

*2015-06-26, version 1.5.4*

This app is a great app that creates an amazing link between my assistant and me at the palm of my hands. The flow of the app is great and very well thought out.

### 5/5 — CP keeps getting better (and it was good to start)

*2014-10-17, version 1.5.3*

I’d been looking for a long time for a phone log to replace the FileMaker Pro version I spent a lot of Paramount’s money developing for the production company I was working for in the early 90s. Something light, mobile, synchronized with a desktop or laptop, clean, accurate and supported. I didn’t need the sync to assistant part anymore, since my assistant was now named Sir, but I could see how someone else might.

A few years ago I found Call Please. I can’t remember who first mentioned it . Maybe it was John August. Somebody whose opinion I respect anyway. It was all I wanted and it’s done nothing but get better since, incrementally and continuously.

It’s hard to get UI right and it’s harder to get UX right. Rhys and his team have never stopped working to improve a tool that was pretty good when I found it.

### 5/5 — Easy and convenient!

*2013-09-10, version 1.4.0*

This phone message app is terrific! It is so convenient for electronically sharing phone messages between yourself and staff, and allowing for information and status to be passed between you. When I am out of the office, local or traveling, my messages are instantaneous. The app is incredibly easy to set-up and use...even my office assistant who is brand new to a Mac has picked it up quickly. You can customize the status of phone calls, actions taken, alerts, and how often you want to refresh, etc...you can even save contact info from the calls to your "Contacts" list and export your calls to a spreadsheet for long-term electronic storage. AND now your office staff can also use the app on their mobile device which is SUPER convenient. We have not tried the "multiple bosses" feature yet but likely will be in the near future...this will help us hugely since our staff is shared between bosses. As well, the tech support on the couple of occasions we have needed it has been extremely helpful, thorough, friendly, and available within minutes after a message is sent. I cannot even think about returning to pen and paper...this app is amazing! Thank you for this awesome app! CT in AK

### 5/5 — This is what I've been looking for!

*2013-08-28, version 1.4.0*

I run a private school. Over the past couple of years, I have been searching on and off for an app that I could use to organize the many, many messages that I receive on a regular basis - both from parents as well as calls from parents who want information about our school. I've tried programs that are not necessarily geared toward call management, but I have some how been able to make them fit - somewhat. Evernote was one of them. A great tool for lots of things, but not really oriented toward managing phone calls. Last week I came across CallPlease. All I can say is WOW! It does what I dreamed it should do and much more. Syncing between my phone and tablet is one of those much more. Simple to navigate, yet complex in its abilities to manage all my calls. I can't wait for the desktop version. The developers have hit a home run with this one!!!

### 5/5 — A must have app for any business person who gets phone messages

*2013-08-24, version 1.4.0*

If you are in business and get phone messages, this is a must have app. Easy to use, it tracks calls on all devices, seamlessly synchronizing between web, iPhone and iPad, and between you and your admin / assistant. Keeps phone messages organized and keeps a log of all call activity with simple color coding and message sorting and grouping. I can't do business without it!!

### 5/5 — Love

*2013-08-21, version 1.4.0*

Changed the way I manage my calls. Amazing, easy to use and great service from the developers.
