I’m loving this music , it releases me from ruminating. Especially with peri-menopause this seems to be increasing. You just can’t keep thinking , very strange but perfect. Great way to switch off 💕

I’m a Peri-menopausal woman struggling to sleep and feeling anxious when I haven’t before. Clementine has been

 a life saver - I hadn’t appreciated how much tension I was holding in my body. The routine of using ‘relax your face, neck & shoulder bundle’ and ‘breathwork to release body tension’ has improved my sleep & overall well being. The Clementine app is a little gem. Thank you.

So I struggle with unwinding my brain the majority of the time and was so pleased to find something that actually works? That doesn’t happen often! I’m currently obsessed with journaling and was pleasantly surprised to find numerous sessions that work with this. I really enjoyed listening to Daniela’s bedtime journaling ‘Write & affirm your worth’ it actually gives you space to write freely and the music is so so relaxing. I’ll be buying again.

I purchased the Manifest  Anything While You Sleep   bundle. It is wonderfully comforting and endorsing for anyone needing a confidence boost and struggling with sleep. The positive affirmations alongside  the gentle soundtrack accompanied my past week of arduous interviews for a new post and calmed my mind and nerves . I’ve used Clementine for a number of years now and the library development is perfect for me. 👏👏👏
