I love this app. It is a great resource for fighting PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. It’s so hard in the moment to think of solutions or coping skills. If you come up with a plan before you’re in crisis it’s much easier to implement it. I really like the design and how it utilizes scientifically backed methods of emotional management. I also like the cloud to get things out of your head. It is a little glitchy. Sometimes it doesn’t remember what you input in it. Or the things you put in disappear. But otherwise a great app with an awesome concept and presentation.
