Standalone Playback Calmtone Music now plays your synced library entirely through its own audio engine. Closing the app stops all music — no more Apple Music continuing in the background. Lyrics View synced or plain lyrics for any track. Place a .lrc file next to your audio file to load lyrics automatically. Toggle lyrics from the now playing screen. Playlists Create and manage your own playlists from both your Apple Music library and imported local songs. Add songs from any list with a long press. Improved Sorting Artists are now sorted alphabetically with Chinese names integrated by pinyin. The section index rail shows the full A–Z alphabet.
