The app frequently logs me out of my account, crashes unexpectedly, and is often very slow. I hope the developer focus on improving stability and performance because the core idea is excellent, and I’d love to see the app reach its full potential. ### 2/5 — Great food, abysmal app *2026-05-09* The food is delicious and its so convenient, but the app has stopped working. It doesn't let me log in anymore. I cannot renew my subscription as a result. The support team don't seem to recognise that this is an issue, even though other reviewers are saying the same thing. This can't be good for business. ### 3/5 — Used to be perfect *2026-03-21* I’ve been a customer of Calo for months and absolutely love the meals and the whole experience used to be seamless BUT ever since they updated the app a few weeks ago it has been constant problems. So much so, it completely takes away the joy of choosing my meals now and is just an infuriating process instead. I was even logged out today with the app not recognising my phone number. The app tends to auto-select incorrect items and locks your choices, making it impossible to change them. Even worse, if you pause your plan, your paid add-ons disappear without a refund. Customer support was unhelpful in rectifying these technical glitches. Kudos to the packaging. But the food can be better. The taste, the variation can be better. Calo continues to be one of the most frustrating companies I have ever had to deal with. Nothing has improved over time, even after giving it several chances. The snacks are okay, but the size is extremely small, almost like a one-bite snack. Honestly, I regret subscribing. They automatically renewed it because they had as a setting for automatically renewal, which was automatically on. It felt like a scam when they pulled the money from my bank account without me accepting first. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2025-10-26* The Calo app and customer service are both useless. Ever since there was the switch from FFF everything about the service has become second rate. The app doesn’t work. Makes little sense. Often changes your macros without warning.
