Ok Tracker Without Subscription

Updated Review:
Not as good as I once thought. The app is good at barcodes and reading nutrition labels but unfortunately has a hard time customizing food if you cook your own food. When adding 100g chicken breast, it was 0 calories with 0 grams of protein. Also no way to edit calories, fat, protein on custom meals.

Original Review:
So far this is the best calorie/food tracker without a subscription. Nice, clean, and organized. Even has a widget when you’re looking at your calorie intake a glance.

Response from developer

Hi! Thank you for the updated review and for the kind words about the app. Great news, the latest update adds exactly what you're looking for! You can now create custom foods in "My Foods" with your own calories, protein, fat, and carbs. They show up across all searches, voice logging, and Siri too. The chicken breast issue sounds like it matched a wrong entry in the database. With custom foods you can save your own "100g chicken breast" with the correct macros and reuse it every time. Would love for you to give the update a try, I think it addresses everything you mentioned. Thanks for sticking with the app!

Every picture is treat as an error

App treats all pictures as “unsafe” content

Response from developer

Hi! Sorry to hear that. The photo analysis uses Apple's on-device AI and sometimes it's overly cautious with what it flags. Could you let me know what kind of meals you were trying to scan? That would help me figure out if there's a specific pattern triggering it. I'd love to get this sorted for you.

Good app, but can't set exact units

This app is good, but let's you only set whole numbers. there is no comma ,
That makes tracking a little inaccurate.

Response from developer

Hi! Thanks for the feedback, glad you like the app! You're right, right now the macro fields only accept whole numbers. I'll add decimal input in an upcoming update so you can log things like 1.5g fat or 0.3g fiber accurately. Appreciate you pointing it out!
