## What is Calorie & Macro Log?

Satilo is a calorie and macro tracker built around the way you naturally describe food.

Tell Satilo what you ate, attach a meal photo, scan a packaged food barcode, or add a meal manually. Each entry becomes a food log you can review and edit.

Food logging in your words
Type a simple description such as “chicken rice bowl with avocado.” Satilo estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat, then keeps the meal details ready for your review.

A photo becomes a food log
Take a photo or choose one from your library. Use the estimated result as a starting point and adjust it to match what was actually on your plate.

Scan packaged food
Use the barcode scanner to look up a product from its EAN code. Product coverage and nutrition data depend on the available catalog.

Your portion, your call
Open a meal to edit its ingredients, serving sizes, calories, protein, carbs and fat. You can also build an entry manually when you already know the details.

Usual meals, ready to repeat
Recent meals are ready to log again. Save favorites so the portions and nutrition you use often stay close at hand.

A clearer view of your day
See a selected day's meals, calorie total, goal comparison and macros together. Use the calendar to revisit another day.

Look beyond a single day
Follow your logging streak as you build consistency. Open Progress to see logged days, average calories, daily calorie history and weight over time.

AI nutrition estimates can vary. Review portions and nutrition details for your food. Satilo provides food-tracking information, not medical advice.
