I’ve tried for the past hour and it’s stuck stuck. Have requested a full refund as there’s nothing in the app that warns you that It is only suitable for American branded foods before they make you sign up for a subscription. This is very misleading. Am yet to hear back from them about a full refund so it will be interesting to see whether they will. ### 1/5 — Below expectations *2026-08-20, version 1.19* Not a great app. I experimented with the AI photo calorie counter and it was way off in both calories and macros, even with something as simple as 2 eggs on toast. Manually entering food such as a Nescafé coffee gives you no option to change the volume. Eg. can’t enter one teaspoon of coffee, it only lets you select 100grams. The database is only useful if you live in the US, local products aren’t cataloged properly. The only issue I am having, is that several of the information pages, aren’t letting me scroll down to read all of the data. My daughter accidentally made a $55.49 purchase while we were just exploring features. We deleted the app immediately and have never used the service, yet Apple continues to deny a refund. It is unethical to charge this much for an unused service that was bought by a minor by mistake.
