I love this app

To begin with, it keeps me honest. I use an iPhone, and the app syncs with the 'steps' app. Calories in - calories out. So you know where you are with you're eating. It's easy enough to add foods (even the naughty ones) that you actually eat. Hence, the keeping me honest comment. I highly recommend this app.

Does what it claims to do!!

I've downloaded several calorie counting apps, and this is the first one that I've kept for more than an hour.

Other calorie counting apps will only let you get so far for free (or on a trial basis) until they want you to pay for a subscription. I have no problem paying for a subscription as long as the app is going to do what I downloaded it to do in the first place. I don't want to be fed an agenda, ie: 'this is how we think you should eat'. Just let me keep track of what I'm eating. Saving my favorite foods is a bonus. Saving the nutritional values of my favorite foods is a bigger bonus which I'm willing to pay for. This app does that and more. I've found myself out in the weeds with this app (hence the 4 star rating), but I'm assuming that that will come with further use.

I highly recommend this app because it does exactly what I downloaded it to do.
