### 4/5 — Time stamp

*2026-01-03, version 2.15*

Would it be possible to add a time stamp of what time we log our meals

### 3/5 — No Canadian products

*2025-09-08, version 2.15*

I like the app, but I wish it had Canadian products in the data bank. Its hard to find similar food to accurately account for your intake

### 4/5 — Young teen girl

*2025-08-24, version 2.15*

I started this today, but it seems like an amazing app, kinda reminds me of Duolingo, great layout, easy to use and understand I do wish it had a little more games for young teens, I am one myself and do enjoy the concept of rewards and games to get to my goals, but if it had maybe more bright colors and silly things around, would be nice, but overall great app, i did recommend to my friends <33

### 2/5 — Completely stopped working

*2025-08-15, version 2.15*

Can’t add any new foods or exercises. Very disappointed.

### 3/5 — Naja

*2025-04-18, version 2.14*

Man kann Produkte nicht mehr entfernen, habe mich nur ein mal vertippt und jetzt stimmen die Werte nicht mehr. Ansonsten ok

### 3/5 — Needs to work on more things but great app

*2025-02-14, version 2.12*

I like the app it’s more simple then other apps but today it just stopped working for me I could not add my calories in, it was just the loading screen and it never loaded, but I deleted the app and signed into my account again and it worked again thankfully all my data was still there , but the loading screen was my only issue

### 2/5 — Update is not working

*2024-08-29, version 2.8.6*

The update won’t let me add quick calories and now I can’t search for what I need to add. This app was great and now I’ll need to find another one.

### 4/5 — Decent

*2024-08-15, version 2.8.5*

Decent app to track calories and set goals. Needs refining, the recipe builder doesn’t allow you to set portions. So if you build a carnivore bread it only allows you to select the whole thing or fractionally when you add it to your meal plan not by gram, oz, or anything else like when scanning a barcode.

Has a robust library of foods to choose from, and it even appears to be other user input ones as well, but many common things are missing like high protein yogurt from friendly farms to name one. The “Ai” is a pretty good catch all but also gets the data wrong and when added to a meal it doesn’t let your select the unit of measure like mentioned before.

Adding other diet plans would be nice too! Carnivore diet could be an option and while it’s pretty basic (meat, protein, fats) there are quite a few recipes that can be used to help out newer people.

It’s a good platform but could easily be a top rated contender if they came in cleaned up some stuff.

### 3/5 — Title

*2024-06-05, version 2.7.5*

It keeps lagging and not showing the meals I add to it

### 2/5 — I wanted to like it

*2024-05-15, version 2.7.3*

This app has the potential to be so much better than it is. I have used other food tracking apps and this is definitely not as easy as they were. I like that it’s simpler, but it could be made better as far as adding foods and adding the same foods you eat often. I shouldn’t have to find the food, hit add and then hit add again to make it show up for the day. Also when removing you have to hit remove then save it at the end. Unnecessary. I should babble just to remove from the main screen. If you are using the app on more than one device it takes a long time to update to the second device. Also unnecessary. Someone who actually uses the device needs to help with changes.

### 3/5 — HELP! App Is Broken for Me

*2024-05-08, version 2.7.3*

I’ll update to 5 stars if we can get this fixed. I’ve been using the app for a little while and I have been loving it, but as other users expressed, my app suddenly broke and I cannot log anything as far as meals, water, etc. I don’t want to delete and redownload the app as other users reported losing their entire account by doing so. Help!

### 2/5 — Not User Friendly, features??

*2024-05-04, version 2.7.3*

A few things here…I chose this because my previous app had too many features. I want to count calories and restrict my diet. I like to go on a very strict diet for the first few weeks. I do very well on 1100 calories, and even 900 when I’m doing some fasting. This app doesn’t allow me to restrict my calories at all below 1200. I understand that it’s trying to keep me from being unhealthy, but it’s MY call. I don’t need a caloric big brother/babysitter.

Furthermore, I could not find a way to do anything. I couldn’t figure out how to use the non premium version? I expect ads for the premium version but it wouldn’t let me do anything, at all, except take me to websites.

Overall: no thanks! I’ll go back to my previous one that had too many features.

### 2/5 — Great app until it just failed on me

*2024-04-18, version 2.7.3*

I have been using this app for almost 2 weeks now and it has been great. The tracking is so helpful and they give great nutrition tips. Today I tried adding a snack to my tracking and it wouldn’t load or let me add. I kept resetting my phone and then I finally deleted the app and downloaded it again. I tried ti get back in and all my data was gone and it was a completely new account even though I used the same email. I tried logging in and out and it would just show me a loading screen and never fully log in. I’m so mad all my data is gone and all my meals from the past weeks is deleted. I loved this app and it’s features were so good compared to others but it completely disappointed me.

### 4/5 — Great design needs servings selector

*2024-03-05, version 2.7.0*

Love the design, I currently use another app for calorie counting, and was considering switching. One idea to really improve the food logger would be to add a servings selector so that you can do it by weight, grams, ounces, etc.. and maybe by quantity like 1 piece or 2 pieces. Just a suggestion. If you can already do this in app then it’s not very intuitive. Anyways I’ll keep using for now.

### 3/5 — Wonderful features for free version. Please fix the macros

*2024-02-18, version 2.6.4*

As the last reviewer mentioned, I noticed the macro counter is pretty off. Please fix this! Other than that, out of like 12 other apps on the AppStore, this is the only one that allows me to track a list of macros along with my water, and calories, and also connects with health to track daily steps. Many other apps do these things, but none of them do all at once like Oatsy does. The rest have one feature or another locked behind the paywall. Please fix the macro counter though.

### 1/5 — App Not Working- No Response from Support

*2025-08-31, version 2.15*

The app isn’t working on my iPhone. I have messages to advise with no response. I paid for a year subscription. Someone needs to reach out and assist with this technical def.

### 1/5 — Cannot do simple things

*2025-07-05, version 2.15*

Been using this App for sometime, however the performance has definitely declined. Not sure why does it keep loading while adding food??? This is a simple feature however it gets frustrating when you are unable to load the food. Developers need to fix this on their end otherwise, people are going to stop using this app.

### 1/5 — Deletes my records

*2025-03-26, version 2.14*

I like how the app functions while I’m using it but it deletes my data multiple times throughout the day. Not worth it to have to relog everything

### 1/5 — Different.

*2025-03-06, version 2.13*

Used to live by oatsy everyday and swore by it. Now everytime I log my meals it randomly disappears and nothing shows up in my recents anymore and I lose all my progress.

*2025-03-05, version 2.13*

This app is the worst

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2025-01-21, version 2.12*

Just downloaded and paid for premium service. Can’t figure out how to add meal. For people who only eat processed food, Good luck starting with ingredients.

### 1/5 — Wouldn’t download again

*2025-01-06, version 2.10*

While this may be the best app in the world, I tried signing up for the 3 day free trial and was instantly charged for 6 months worth of use.
I don’t even know if I like the app yet! Be careful when looking around, as almost everything you click leads you to signing up for a subscription!

### 1/5 — Confused

*2024-06-11, version 2.7.5*

Cannot figure out how to use this app at all.
Instructions are not helpful.

### 1/5 — App is broken right now

### 5/5 — Best

*2025-04-27, version 2.14*

Best app

### 5/5 — Best free app

*2025-01-14, version 2.12*

This app is actually amazing for it to be free, They have name brand foods, restaurants, fast food, store food & if they don’t have it you can create your own… for free. I’ve never seen a calorie tracking app like that. I also love you can pair it with health app so my steps automatically are recorded on it. I have paid for the paid version and it is just as amazing. i always recommend this app as long as it stays the same. It also gives you diet styles so you can do just regular deficits or you can choose fasting or keto or etc.
i will say the app has crashed a few times (nothing will load or show up) I just deleted it or restarted my phone and it went back with all my info saved.
i also lost 30 pounds with the app!

### 5/5 — This better work😠

*2024-05-07, version 2.7.3*

So i’m 700 pounds and i have been trying to lose weight , so i downloaded this app so i can see how many calories i truly intake every time i eat my morning whopper. So far i only have been eating 4 whoppers a week, and it is all thanks to this app, i now know how many harmful things i put into my body and this app has really motivated me into seeking healthier options for my wellbeing , thank you developers 🤍

### 5/5 — love this app

*2024-01-20, version 2.6.3*

i’ve tried a lot of calorie tracking apps and so far this one is my favorite! highly recommend!!

### 5/5 — PERFECTION FOR FREE

*2023-08-24, version 2.6.2*

After searching for days, I settled on the Oatsy Calorie tracker. It has everything you need to keep track of calories, what you eat, when you eat, and it’s nutrients. It counts DOWN your calories from your daily allowance to let you know how many calories are still available to you throughout 24 hours. Also tracks your consumed food, water, exercise, steps, and weight and makes graphs. It counts proteins, carbs and fats. There is a bar code camera for new foods. It keeps a list of your favorite, most used foods for quickly adding them into the food diary. Overall, navigation is not too bad.
I am happily satisfied with and thankful for this great app and will recommend it to others.
IT’s FREE❣️❣️❣️You can purchase a fancier version of Oatsy with ALL “the bells and whistles”, but I didn’t need all that. The basic free version has everything I need.

### 5/5 — Love this app. Easy to use.

*2023-08-05, version 2.6.2*

The beauty of this app is that it is simple to use. You can quickly scan the barcode on things you ate and it automatically figures out the calories and macros and adds it to your daily total. If you make a meal you can save it as a recipe. I’ve tried other apps in the past but gave up because it was too many steps or too complicated to keep up with. This is super simple which is the reason why it works.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2023-07-11, version 2.6*

I like how this is broke down. It is very helpful. The team is great, and I am grateful. Thank y’all so much.

### 5/5 — amazing

*2023-06-18, version 2.6*

the things you can do on this app without having to pay is incredible! amazing!!!
