Este aplicativo me mostrou como eu não tinha noção de como as coisas que eu como podem realmente ser calóricas. O que eu acreditava que eram refeições de baixa caloria, na verdade, se mostraram o contrário, o que estava atrapalhando o meu de emagrecimento. 
Com o aplicativo eu consigo ter real dimensão das calorias ingeridas, é incrível!
