## What is Calorific?

Calorific is more than a calorie counter. It brings ingredient understanding, meal planning, grocery organisation, progress tracking and nutrition support into one connected experience.

KNOW WHAT'S IN YOUR FOOD
Use the Toxin Scanner to capture an ingredient label and explore information about ingredients and additives. It is a practical way to look beyond the front of the package and make more informed food choices.

GET PROFESSIONAL NUTRITION SUPPORT
When you want guidance beyond automated tools, request support from a professional dietitian. You decide whether to share selected logs and progress with each request, and you can revoke access at any time.

PLAN ONCE. SHOP WITH PURPOSE.
Create a seven-day meal plan shaped around your goals, preferences and practical needs. Turn the plan into an organised grocery list, combine duplicate ingredients and group items for easier shopping.

ASK YOUR AI NUTRITION COACH
Ask everyday nutrition questions, review your recent patterns and get general wellness guidance grounded in your food log and goals. Calorific is designed to support informed choices—not replace medical advice.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
Choose the method that fits the moment:
• Take a photo for an AI-assisted nutrition estimate
• Scan a packaged-food barcode
• Search the food database
• Type or describe a meal by voice
• Review details before saving

SMART RECIPES
Find or generate recipes around diet type, cuisine, serving size and your nutrition preferences. Save useful ideas and make meal decisions with more context.

SEE FOOD, ACTIVITY AND PROGRESS TOGETHER
• Track calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat
• Review meals by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Log water and follow hydration progress
• Record workouts, duration, distance and estimated calories
• Explore popular cardio and strength activities with helpful exercise icons
• Track body measurements and weight trends
• Review reports and export selected progress data

HEALTH INTEGRATIONS
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect to bring supported steps, workouts, active calories, weight and heart-rate summaries into Calorific. You remain in control of permissions and can disconnect or remove imported summaries.

BUILT AROUND REAL LIFE
Calorific keeps its tools together in one calm, visual experience—from understanding a label to planning a week, shopping for it and seeing how your habits develop.

Some capabilities require a Calorific Premium subscription. Availability may vary by platform, device and region. Nutrition estimates and ingredient information are provided for general wellness and educational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
