## What is Calorii Fit?

Calorii Fit estimates calories directly from a photo of your plate, using your phone's LiDAR depth sensor (on iPhone Pro models) — not just a 2D picture like most similar apps. The app actually measures the volume of your food, it doesn't guess it.

SMART PHOTO CAPTURE
One photo, no special positioning. Your phone "sees" how tall the food is, automatically identifies it, and calculates the portion. You confirm the result before saving — nothing is logged automatically.

COMPLETE FOOD LOG
Four meals a day, with entries added from a photo, a product database search, barcode scanning, manual entry, or your own saved recipes.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & SYNC
Over 60 sport types, each with automatically calculated calories. Syncs with Apple Health for steps, active calories, and weight — including your full weigh-in history, not just the latest one.

REAL PROGRESS
7-day, 30-day, or full-program charts: weight trend, adaptive TDEE calculated from your own energy balance, macronutrient balance, and micronutrient coverage.

AI ASSISTANT
A built-in chat that can search for foods, calculate nutritional values, suggest menus, and log your meals straight from a written or spoken description.

HYDRATION & MOTIVATION
A water tracker with a personalized target based on your weight and activity, plus badges for consecutive logging days.

PRIVACY
Your data (profile, log, photos, weight) is tied exclusively to your account. You can delete your account and all your data at any time, from the menu.

13 LANGUAGES
Romanian, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Hungarian.

The core of the app — food log, search, recipes, basic progress — is free forever. Premium and VIP unlock unlimited monthly photo analysis and AI searches, adaptive TDEE, personalized recommendations, and a higher quota for the AI assistant.
