## What is Calorithm?

Calorithm — Your Calorie Balance at a Glance

Automatically syncs with Apple Health to track your calorie intake, expenditure, and balance in real time. Keep your diet on track with minimal manual input.

  See Your Balance Instantly
View dietary energy, energy burned, and your net balance on a single dashboard. A progress bar shows how close you are to your daily goal.

Review Your Day on the Timeline
See all your meals, exercises, and weight entries in chronological order. Tap any entry to edit or delete it. A quick, clear view of everything you recorded today.

  Auto-Synced with Apple Health
Active energy, resting energy, weight, and body fat percentage are pulled directly from Apple Health. Data updates every time you open the app.

AI Estimates Calories — and Active Energy
Just type a food name and AI estimates the calories. You can refine the result with comments like "large size" or "extra cheese." AI can also estimate active energy burned for exercises — just type the activity and duration.

  Visualize Your Trends
Track calorie balance and weight changes across five time ranges — daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly — with clear charts and goal lines.

  One Tap for Favorites
Register meals you eat often as presets and log them with a single tap.

  Stay Motivated with Streaks
Automatically counts consecutive days you hit your calorie goal. Celebrate milestones at 3, 7, 30 days and more. See your progress toward today's goal in real time. An achievement heatmap shows your goal progress over the past 6 months at a glance.

  Always on Your Home Screen
Add a widget to check today's balance without opening the app.

  Know What's Left
Set notification times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to get a reminder of how many calories you can still eat. Helps you avoid overeating.

  Your Data, Protected
Your health and food log data is stored locally on your device with AES-256 encryption. When you use AI features, only the input, photos, or record summaries needed for processing are sent to Google AI services.

  Not a Medical Device
Calorithm is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

  Dark Mode
Switch to dark mode for a comfortable viewing experience that also saves battery.
