### 1/5 — worst app

*2024-11-11*

it requires payment for calorie tracking

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback.

Just to clarify, the app comes with a 3 days free trial so you can explore everything before paying. And most logging options are free to use. You can log meals by voice, create custom entries, or use the food library without any subscription.

Only the AI photo scan is a paid feature, since it relies on advanced processing on our servers.

Hope this helps clear things up, and thanks again for trying the app.

### 3/5 — Great

I absolutely love this app I used it for two month everything was great! Then one day it would not let me log anything so I assumed it needed an update went to look it was fine no update needed, I closed out the app and went to try again still same thing said connection issues okay I was in the car so yeah definitely could be so I waited till I was home on WIFi still same thing so I deleted the app tried to log back in and it would not let me. Finally I made a new account through my email not my Apple account, worked for about a week and same thing happened today and now I can’t log back in on either my Apple account or my email. So annoying because I really really like this app as I can log everything by the gram to cup like absolutely everything…hopefully it gets fixed
