## What is Calque?

The calendar on your fridge is probably the most accurate one you own, and it syncs to nothing.

Calque fixes that. photograph the wall calendar, the paper planner, the whiteboard grid at work. it finds the grid, reads what's written in each box, and hands you a list of events to check before anything touches your real calendar. you fix the one it misread, toss the one about someone else's dentist, and add the rest to your calendar or share an .ics anywhere.

Two ways to read:

The free tier runs entirely on your device. the photo never leaves your phone, full stop. it's honest work, best with printed or neat handwriting.

Calque Plus ($2.99/month or $23.99/year) sends the photo to a cloud model that reads real handwriting, the kind where "soccer 4:30" slants uphill into the margin. 200 scans a month, which is a lot of fridge calendars. images are processed and deleted, and your scan history lives on your device, not our servers.

Either way you review before anything is saved. Calque writes ink colors to matching calendars too, so the red pen stays the family calendar and the blue pen stays work. one subscription covers the app and calque.ponderance.dev.
