They are so friendly and caring. I’ve been a member here for over a year now and I’m always greeted so nicely. On August 27th, I met the owner of this car wash. He was so nice and caring and I left in tears. I was actually embarrassed because I wanted to suspend my car washes for the month of September because I didn’t have enough money to pay for it. I’m so grateful to him and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. He knows who he is. Thank you so much for caring. Good clean truck wash overall but not the tailgate area. I have been having a problem with the app and they never answer their phone to provide help to fix it. The workers keep telling me my app isn’t working properly but still continue to scan my iPhone and give me a wash which is free. Save us time and tell prices up front. ### 1/5 — Misleading and poor self *2023-10-26* I live on a dirt road and mud can accumulate on my car’s wheels- resulting in vibration at higher speeds unless cleaned regularly. Do I signed up for the “better” wash membership. That worked well this year until recently. When I got a wash this morning it resulted in a pronounced problem. I went back and (a) was told that there was a problem with the car, that there was no residual mud and (b) I was stuck in their line and had to Pay for a repeat wash (only one per day in unlimited plan in fine print in app but not anywhere else.
