CalSum helps you to see an overview of the time you spent on your calendars.

CalSum calculates summaries for all your calendar events you have already created in the Calendar App – simple and fast. You can see summaries for relative time frames like today, last week, this month, etc. 

Alternatively, you can select a specific time frame like the third quarter of 2020. Additionally, CalSum allows you to export this data to Excel or Numbers, e.g., when you need a working time report for the last month.

Hello, can you add the ability to go back a month when viewing the month timeframe? Same with everything else. It would be nice to be able to go back into the past. Perhaps this is already a feature and I jus can’t figure it out. Thanks

Use it every month to calculate times in different Apple Calendars and it works every time. One thing I would like to see added is the ability to group calendars i.e. combine several calendars together if needed.
