As archaic as the last one was at least this feature worked. I’ve made multiple calls and no one seems to know when this is going to get resolved. Once it is, I will change my review to more stars. ### 1/5 — NEW UPDATE STINKS *2026-08-12* Well the geniuses finally did it: they made it impossible to access your account! The old version of the app won’t work anymore so you have to update to this version. You’ll then have to “re-enroll” to do anything at all, so have your SSN and DOB ready, because the app will confirm your answers with CEFCU’s records. After that, you’ll have to enter your username (old? new? it’s unclear) and your password (same deal… old or new it’s not made clear if you’re to give existing information or make up new login credentials) WHICH WILL FAIL AND GIVE YOU NO EXPLANATION WHY EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS FINE BECAUSE ALL THE LITTLE GREEN CHECKMARKS ARE GREEN AND NOT RED “X”s I hate computer, I hate software, I hate internet, and everyone that makes those things is making life worse for the rest of us stuck with their products and services. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2026-07-25* A very volatile and poorly designed app ### 1/5 — Always crashes when I try to login *2025-12-08* I tried deleting and reinstalling – crash. I tried power cycling the phone – crash. Broken app. Not much more to say. ### 3/5 — Could use further refinement. *2024-01-24* The most notable annoyance with the app is the insistence of informing me to enable quick access. I get it, I know it’s available. However, to put it at the top of the screen after logging in and not letting me dismiss the enable quick access prompt so that my account info can be prioritized is poor usability. ### 1/5 — Stuck on Edit address page *2023-08-16* Has been working fine until a few months ago. After the log in, it goes into Edit address page which does not allow any inputs. This app has not been useable for several months while I have been waiting for the bug fix. This app supports minimum functionality for finance app, but poorly maintained. ### 1/5 — Location find met useless *2018-11-06* Location finder hasn’t been working for weeks. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work for days. I use the app mainly to transfer funds between accounts. Recently, the "transfer" page stopped working entirely, not allowing me to transfer money between my savings and other accounts. Rendering my monthly credit card payment late. There's been no updates or communication from the credit union regarding this matter. ### 1/5 — An Abacus is more advanced than this App *2015-12-18* Don't get it twisted; CIT the school & CIT the CU are not the same thing. Nowhere is that more painfully evident than with this app. It's slow, has useless features, and is confusing to navigate.
