What exactly are the rewards? Just collect points to then convert them to some other world360 points?

This app is shockingly bad. When I earned 500 points I decided to redeem them ready to use when I got to the checkout at the service station. But somehow I redeemed them to become another rewards program. So I lost the points. This app couldn’t be more confusing. The app says be treated like royalty- I have been treated like I’m the idiot because I was supposed to know.

A rewards card that makes every other customer and the attendant cringe. So cumbersome having to scan a QR code to get points. Why not just have a user friendly barcode rewards card???

This takes to long to work , if no data signal won’t work  can’t screenshot the code the whole system is rubbish. Should be tap and go the cashier has to input to much have people lined up behind me . What should take 10 seconds can take over a minute or two

Terrible App since there is no English Support in Thailand! Only the landing page is in English ( as an option ) but all the important stuff is only in Thai !!

Compared to the BP app this is rubbish, the QR generator doesn’t always work and the staff have to use a different reader which is awkward and time consuming. Edit: I submitted a feedback form months ago and nothing came of it no improvement seen.
