### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work at all

I’ve tried to make an account, but I’m always stuck with a loading icon. I checked my phone for software updates, storage space, wifi connection, and attempted to create an account on the computer but still haven’t been able to create an account without being stuck with a loading symbol. I’m don’t understand the exact issue, but as a result of nothing being able to work this app is… completely useless.

And it’s pretty wild that CA department of F&W doesn’t have the capability to have digital fishing and hunting licenses. Instead printed on non recyclable , non biodegradable wax paper. Solid.

Violations reported have not resulted in any action or correction and wardens were not notified. Pretty sure nothing is done about reports and tips that come from this app.

The app does the job and the tips do get received. My issue with it, is that now when a tip is submitted the person getting the tip is no longer able to chat with the person that submits it. Prior versions of the app had an anonymous chat feature so you were able to answer any question a warden had. Bring that feature back and this is a poachers worst nightmare. 🤙

Prior to my adding this review there was only a single 1-star review posted, and yet Apple shows the app has 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never used it and have no opinion/info, but the ratings confuse me. What gives?

I've used this app many times to report possible violations.  I have never received any follow up from CDFW.  In addition this version is very "buggy" constantly crashing.  Good idea but they need to provide some follow up for users otherwise we feel we're just wasting our time.
