## Newest reviews (14 of 44)

### 1/5 — Cannot log in

*2025-04-01, version 2.0.31*

The app does not allow me to log in to flow my daughter’s health journey.

### 1/5 — App freezes on login.

*2025-02-14, version 2.0.31*

App doesn’t allow you to login or enter login details. Useless app.

### 1/5 — Crashes instantly!

*2025-01-18, version 2.0.31*

I was told to use this app for admission, so I downloaded it, registered and it all supposedly went through, but now every time I try to open it, it crashes straight away!

### 1/5 — It would be nice if it worked

*2024-10-31, version 2.0.31*

What’s the point in making people use this app when it doesn’t work and you have to do it the old way anyway

### 1/5 — Useless App

*2024-10-01*

Once registered - I cannot login as App freezes and keyboard won’t type. Restart iPhone 15 and I can type but freezes as soon as you hit next. Then restart phone and do the whole process again. Hope someone calls work admission time!

### 1/5 — Terrible APP

*2024-05-30, version 2.0.29*

Allianz is not an option.

### 2/5 — Confusing

*2024-05-23, version 2.0.29*

The app won’t download to my phone I just get an open icon from the App Store. To me it seems to be a very odd way to access the app interface 🤷‍♀️

### 1/5 — Does not work.

*2024-03-14, version 2.0.28*

The app crashes when trying to register or log in. Can’t get any information out of it. Useless.

### 1/5 — Newly downloaded app

*2024-01-09*

As I am about to enter hospital I was told to download the app but I keep getting error messages and can’t actually login fully (done the setup and confirm email has been done) told to contact support but where is the support???

### 1/5 — They should post the help desk number on the app

*2024-01-01, version 2.0.27*

Further demonstration that health care should be public not private.

### 1/5 — Poor customer service

*2023-11-30, version 2.0.27*

The app may be suitable as an admission tool but is not useful to monitor a family member. It took 36 hours to update their status from pre-admission to in the ward. Thus updated at 12.01am and caused concern with a notification on a cardiac patient at that time of night. It took another 2 days to update for their next stage.
If it is not timely it is not useful. You still had to ask staff on the ward which room.

### 2/5 — Don’t let you avoid an upgrade

*2023-07-25*

I have previously been extremely happy when tracking my daughter’s hospital stay on this app. Today, while she was in surgery, they decided to upgrade it. I have been waiting over an hour with nothing happening, except that I can’t see what is happening with her. Thank goodness I was watching the screen, waiting to update, when the message came in that she was in recovery. Otherwise I would have no way of knowing. This update takes precedence over everything, cannot be overridden and makes it impossible to get the information you want from the app.

### 1/5 — Unbelievably irritating

*2023-04-05*

As others have said the app glitches constantly, freezes, logs me out mid task, asks for the same information over and over again etc. I suppose for multiple admissions it could be useful but for single admission it felt like pointless hoop jumping and a reminder of why I generally prefer to access the public health system.

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2023-02-14, version 2.0.19*

Can’t stay logged in, session expires within a minute of login. Tried 3 times to complete admission form.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Hopeless

*2026-06-26*

I couldn’t even get to put in a pin no the box that comes up to the left supposedly with numbers to select was blank the idea is good but maybe someone in your IT department should try and use it in a mobile device

### 1/5 — Can’t open the app

*2026-03-17, version 2.0.31*

I’m preparing for surgery this week and the app crashes on opening.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2026-02-10, version 2.0.31*

I can’t login to the app because I can’t fill in the email field

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2025-11-13, version 2.0.31*

Don’t rely on this app for interaction with the hospital. It’ll provide incorrect status of patients. The status simply says things that aren’t correct regarding readiness for pick ups. Reflects poorly on the facility and organization.

### 1/5 — Locks up on login

*2025-10-24, version 2.0.31*

I have little tolerance for apps which don’t allow you to even progress through login.

### 1/5 — Cannot log in

*2025-08-07*

I set up and verified my account and then could not log in. I called Calvary to ask for help and was transferred to someone who said it must be my settings but could not tell me how to fix anything. He just said that he was able to log in on his phone!Relevance??? The only other suggestion was to change my password but that was unhelpful as I couldn’t even get to that stage of login- it would not let me type one character for email or password, cursor just sat there flashing whenever I tried (after delay and reinstalling etc). I gave up and used the website

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-07-30*

When I log in I can’t access my own profile, only those of my children, despite being able to access it on the computer website version. I tried calling the help desk, first call was disconnected after being on hold for about 10 mins. Second call after a long wait was finally answered but the guy couldn’t help at all. No ability for him to troubleshoot or figure it out - I don’t think he was an IT guy, maybe just general admissions which isn’t helpful at all.

### 1/5 — Useless App

*2025-05-12*

This app regularly flags a small red number on the app icon indicating there is a response needed. There is no way to find out what the number means when opening the app??? Today the app told me the password was incorrect. I requested a link to reset, was sent an email, reset password only to be told password is incorrect and I will be locked out after more attempts??? Delete!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-04-17, version 2.0.31*

I have tried many time to tell them it doesn’t work and yet I am to hear nothing from them . Waste of time !

### 1/5 — Freezes

*2025-04-15, version 2.0.31*

This app freezes each time I try to login!@&$!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy and convenient

*2024-05-06*

So easy to fill in admission forms, saved a lot of paper and so much easier than hand writing them. Cant understand how that iPhone user said it was bad, probably just pressing the wrong buttons.

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2024-04-11*

I enjoyed having this app in the lead up to my stay. It has lots of information for the services at the hospital, a great section including video of preparing for your stay and it is just easy to use.

### 5/5 — Great experience

*2023-08-02*

App worked as expected happy with my care as well

### 5/5 — Calvary Care

*2023-02-14*

Excellent App and so easy to use. I have used it twice for hospital admissions . Perfect each time.

### 5/5 — GREAT!!

*2022-09-07, version 2.0.11*

Easy instructions and was very simple to use/figure out!

### 4/5 — Good App

*2022-09-07*

My mum was admitted into hospital at Calvary, we used to app for her admission. Was quite simple to use, we had no problems at all! Was nice to see my mums progress of her stay in hospital through the app. Great idea. Great App.

### 4/5 — Works great!

*2022-09-07*

This app is an amazing idea for all patients and
family members who wish to follow along the
journey with you. I find it quite easy to use with so
much information accessible. Can't wait to see the
future of this app if I ever need to be admitted again.

### 3/5 — Hoping it’s 5 stars - I’ll never know

*2022-11-29, version 2.0.16*

I went through the sign in process and put a wrong digit in my phone number by mistake. It let me log in, sent me an email with a code to confirm, so all good thus far, but then it asked for the code sent to my phone as well, which of course I never got, and I have no way to correct the phone number. And that appears to be the end of using the app for me as there is no help number and no fall back procedure.

### 2/5 — How was this even approved for App Store?

*2025-05-14*

I used the app for pre-admission. I’ve never used so much bad language on an app as I did with this one. It’s a shocker! Pop-up scrolling: awful
Ability to generate secure password using IOS system not supported: had to create on in the Passwords app and then copy and paste into the field.
Repeated questions to be answered only minutes after entering. (E.g. height/weight)
Overall: poor human interface design with little evidence of intuitive features.
Did you do extensive usability testing?

### 2/5 — Not worth the effort

*2025-03-26, version 2.0.31*

The app provides little value to patients or people they share their information with. ie status, location.
