Limited information not helpful most times. Simple “Road Closed” doesn’t provide information to formulate alternative routes. Accuracy is lacking , Some alerts are left active for days. This has been going on for months. Then I try to reopen it and it continues to crash/close. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still happens. They’re only 50/50 as to if they notify us about traffic issues. Example: one morning they notified us about an accident in AA County that backed traffic up into Dunkirk, but the same thing happened a few days ago and no notification was sent.
