It is a good app but it won’t let me log back in what happened was it wasn’t let me put anything in I deleted it and redownloaded now it won’t let me Log back in

Unfortunately, the app currently doesn't have a data saving and authorization feature. This feature (The authorization banner you see in the app) is only intended for finding and restoring your subscription made outside of the app.
If you purchased a subscription in the app and it's active, you'll receive an error when you try to log in.

Sie funktioniert 2-3 Tage dann gibt es nur noch einen weißen Bildschirm und das Handy reagiert gar nicht mehr auf die App mehrfach neu installiert. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis. Man kann sich auch nicht anmelden. Benutzername wird nicht gefunden. Dadurch dass nichts gespeichert wurde sind die Ergebnisse und Daten der 3,4 Tage jedes Mal verloren und man beginnt von neuem an sich sehr gut nur sie müsste funktionieren

Peguei o plano anual, sem motivos algum saiu da minha conta. Agr tento entrar e não consigo, não existe opção de mudar acesso, perdi dinheiro. Decepcionante

Se você comprou uma assinatura no aplicativo e ela está ativa, você receberá um erro ao tentar fazer login.

When I take pictures of ingredients, it comes up with different values when it’s exactly in the same container and is exactly the same so we cannot accurately assess what’s in the picture

Calz uses an AI-powered analysis system, and small differences can happen with complex meals or when some ingredients aren’t clearly visible (sauces, fillings, mixed dishes). For more accurate results, we recommend taking the photo in good lighting, making sure the full meal is visible, and adding a short description if needed (for example, “pasta with chicken and cream sauce”). You can also edit the portion — this is often the fastest way to align the numbers.
Calz doesn’t “guess” — it evaluates meals based on what’s visible in the photo and the details provided, so small variations are normal. Adding a bit more context (portion size, ingredients, or preparation method) or making a quick edit usually leads to a more stable and useful result.

Not recognising paid login and can’t get through to support either on a fully paid app.  Update: received link from Apple but Calz isn’t even listed at that link only other apps are listed.  If I can’t login how do I manage the subscription or transfer the fasting data or foods list to my new phone

I was unable to edit the weight of ingredients and it calculated 15 g of Greek yoghurt at nearly 4000 calories. Their support response in an email was to say food needs to be well lit and I can edit the portion size if needed!

Как и многие в отзывах. Оформил временную подписку. Но оказалось оформилось в никуда, в аккаунт зайти не могу, найти где отменить/изменить подписку не могу. Выглядит как развод на деньги. Как такие приложения вообще существуют в App Store я не понимаю. Написал в службу поддержки! Жду от них ответа. Отзыв дополню по итогу.

I purchased this app through the App Store and have an active subscription. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to the app at all. I have contacted the developer’s support team multiple times, and although they acknowledge the issue, they have failed to provide any solution. It is unacceptable to sell subscriptions to an app that paying customers cannot even access. Avoid this app until the developer fixes this problem

очень хорошее приложение , но есть минус оно работало только один день, а за остальные дни надо платить. хотя написано что добавлять еду можно бесплатно и считать калории тоже.
