The worst registration experience of my life. I simply can’t register because the confirmation email never arrives. I’ve checked my spam folder as well, but there’s nothing there.

Customer support is no help either. They just keep sending generic automated responses that seem to be generated by AI.

Habe fünf Teile aus dem Bikinibereich bestellt. Ein Bikini Teil war defekt, ein Riss in dem Träger. An der Retouren Abheilung eine E-Mail geschrieben, dass der defekte Artikel doch kostenlos zurückgeschickt werden kann. (war ja nicht meine Schuld) und Porto frei, das neue Oberteil mir zugeschickt wird. Das war meine Bitte, reagiert wurde nicht. Meine Frau hat das Oberteil dann über ihren Account bestellt. Da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk war, aber alles sehr ärgerlich und kompliziert. Telefonisch war auch niemand erreichbar. Artikel von Calzedonia sind schön, aber der Kundenservice ist enttäuschend.!

The app will log me out at random times, delete everything I have in my cart, and when it logs me out, it will not let me back in. I tried so many times to get this app to work but it just doesn't work. Every disappointed

App funktioniert rundum gut. Aber zwei Punkten gehen gar nicht:
1. Während der App-Nutzung werden jegliche Audio-Spuren anderen Apps abgebrochen. Also kein Podcast. Keine Musik. Kein Radio.
2. Beim nicht zu überspringenden Punkt „personalisieren“ gibt es die Option „jetzt nicht“ darüber gelangt man aber wiederum zu der Auswahl und ist gezwungen, Geo-Daten und Pushs freizuschalten. Geht gar nicht.
