CAM is just a mess and they need to hire professional agents to solve problems . I made my first transfer yesterday and provided all informations to authorize the submission of my transaction . Unfortunately the receiver went from locations to others and nothing could be found under her name , when I called the customer service after waiting for a long time on the line , the lady just started to yell at me with no respect professionalism and good manners . WOW with a poor service like that Haiti has no chance to reborn . This service doesn’t deserve any star . The lady felt so comfortable in her mediocrity and bad manners . Now I am waiting for my refund to delete the account . For everyone else, stay far, far away. The user experience is nothing short of abysmal. After the initial hassle of filling out their forms on the app, you are met with a laundry list of intrusive and redundant documentation requests. They demand: -Screenshots of your debit cards. -Screenshots proving funds were deducted from your account. - Proof of address - Proof of funds. The sheer amount of friction in this process suggests a total lack of consideration for the customer's time. In a modern fintech landscape where competitors offer seamless, one-tap transfers, Cam Transfer’s "process" is laughably cumbersome. To make matters worse, their flexibility is non-existent. They only offer a debit card option for transfers. There is no bank account/ACH option available, which is a standard feature for literally any other reputable money transfer app. It is clear that the leadership at Cam Transfer fails to grasp that they are operating in a highly competitive market. They act as if they are the only game in town, seemingly oblivious to the fact that customers will—and should—leave for more efficient alternatives. Recommendation to the Company: Hire a Business Process Analyst immediately. Your current operations are riddled with unnecessary friction and "security" measures that feel more like incompetence than safety. Until you eliminate these operational hurdles, you will continue to bleed customers.
