Con l'ultimo aggiornamento alle cam si può accedere solo se si è connessi alla stessa rete, quindi da casa e basta!! Avete reso inutili le telecamere così!!

Mi unisco alle recensioni precedenti. Le telecamere BravoCam sono visibili solo in Wi-Fi, fuori casa non si collegano (app fissa su “Connecting”). Il problema non è di rete ma dell’applicazione

Ho quattro telecamere Bravo due da esterno e due da interno da qualche settimana non si vedono più in remoto solo in casa sotto Wi-Fi ho fatto infiniti tentativi resettare le telecamere , cambiare le password, resterete il modem e chiamare anche assistenza Tim e fatto aggiornamento ma nulla è cambiato. Le telecamere risultano online , luce verde fissa ma non le vedo con l’applicazione . Potete aiutarmi grazie
